This movie was profound. It’s timing was perfect. The movie studio thought it was too radical for release in theaters so it went straight to HBO. Had it been in the theaters I probably would not have been so wonderfully overexposed to it. It was the answer and the solution to my teenage angst, and it introduced me to Van Halen.
