Ahhh. Van Halen. As time approaches to see the ol’ boys for the second time since their regrouping with Dave, I reflect on the first time I saw them. It was the Diver Down Tour at the Capital Center in Landover, MD. It was awesome. And now, you don’t have to take my word for it. Here they are….Van Halen, at the Capital Center, October 12, 1982.
